3. What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove the following information from our active systems:

3.1 Personal Information

  • Your email address from our waitlist and marketing databases
  • Language preferences and learning goals
  • Your contacts and referral information
  • Account preferences and settings (when the app launches)
  • Your profile information and account details

3.2 Usage Data

  • Website interaction data linked to your account
  • App usage statistics and learning progress (when applicable)
  • Your personal learning content and preferences (when applicable)

3.3 Conversations and Messages

Important: For conversations with other users, we will remove your account and profile information, but messages may remain visible to other conversation participants. This is necessary to preserve other users' conversation history and is a standard practice across messaging platforms.

  • Your account will be deactivated and profile removed
  • Messages in shared conversations may show as "Account Deleted" or similar
  • Other users retain their copy of conversation history
  • Messages stored locally on other users' devices cannot be remotely deleted
